Grievance Redressal
If something has gone wrong with your investment or our service, here is exactly who to approach, and in what order.
Investor grievances are received at the Registered and Corporate Offices of the AMC, at Investor Service Centres and Official Points of Acceptance of Transactions, directly by the Registrar, or through any other mode made available by the AMC. Every grievance is forwarded to the concerned department or the Registrar for action and monitored until it is closed, in accordance with the SEBI (Mutual Funds) Regulations and circulars issued thereunder.

A dispute may be taken to the ODR portal where it is not already under consideration under the SCORES guidelines, and is not barred under Indian law. Circulars relating to the ODR mechanism are available in the Statutory Disclosures section of this website.
